Fuck Democrats and Democracy.
So. Democrats control the house AND senate, and they STILL capitulated to Republicans in health care reform? No public option. Democrats are useless morons. They can’t stick up for themselves, therefore they cannot stick up for you. Whatever your opinion on health care reform, the majority of the population AND doctors supported a public option, and they caved in their jelly-like spines to Republicans. Fucking amazing. And yet, somehow they had no fucking problem voting almost unanimously for the reckless and so obviously tyrannical Patriot Act. An act whose sole purpose, it seemed, was to take away every civil liberty you have.
These are your democrats, ladies and gentlemen. The GOP’s fucking lapdogs.
Seriously, guys, democracy? Is this really the best we can do? This is what you win when you go into that voting booth and vote for anyone with a “D” next to their name? Democracy is a loser. There I said it. If they actually fucking listened to us, then maybe I wouldn’t feel so sickened by our overly corrupt political system. They don’t give a shit about you! I’ve been screaming that into people’s ears for as long as I’ve been an adult. Your interests are not their interests! They no longer fear us, if they ever did, so why would they do our bidding? It’s time for something different, and it has to start with a takeover by US. Period. Yes, I mean a total and complete revolution, nothing less will suffice.
The next time I hear one of you sanctimonious assholes talk about how you have to vote for the lesser of two evils, I am going to point out this latest debacle, and possibly punch you in the chest. Oh, and by the way, the lesser of two evils is still fucking evil!! Why don’t you get that?!
